Adoption Covenant

Adoption Covenant is the result of a miracle.  Two miracles really . . . my daughter Emma, and my daughter Elle.  My name is Merinda K. Condra.  I am an Adoption Attorney and the Executive Director of Adoption Covenant.  While I never even considered that I would be practicing Adoption Law, I have been doing so for almost 10 years.  I have seen almost every adoption scenario imaginable, and yet, I am still in awe everytime I get to be part of this very special miracle.  Follow this blog as we explore the topic of adoption, current events in adoption, and adoption laws.
